About our Skating Parties
Thank you for choosing Looney's Super Skate to celebrate your special day! It is our goal to provide you with the best service possible. The following information will help your party run smoothly.
You may bring a cake, cupcakes, cookie-cake, and ice cream. No other outside food or drinks are allowed. When you arrive, please take your birthday treats to the Cafe. We will store your cake until your table time as well as keep your leftovers until you leave the rink. You will receive wristbands for each guests. A guest is anyone participating in any aspect of your party. Please attach them securely around the guest's right-hand wrist so they will are not able to be removed with cutting the wristband. Sharing wristbands is not allowed. The wristband ensures that your guests get skates and party products, depending on which package you chose. We cannot provide paper products, etc. for those guests without a wristband. Extra (and replacement) wristbands can be purchased from your party hostess.
Because we have multiple parties as well as public customers, we ask that you not sit at the Cafe tables until your party has been called for your table time of 45 minutes. There is plenty of room on the benches along either side of the skating floor and lockers for your personal items. You will be given a large plastic bag to keep your guest's shoes together with you. There will also be a gift bucket with your child's name, by the Cafe for gifts. When you are called for your table time, your party will be set up and ready for your guests. Once everyone is seated, the hostess will light the candles and lead your guests in singing Happy Birthday. After making sure you have what you need, the hostess will leave and let you enjoy your party. When you are through serving your guests, opening gifts if you choose, and your table time of 45 minutes is over, the hostess will come back and present you with your bill. Please pay the balance due at this time. The hostess will then clean up your tables. All that's left is to enjoy the rest of your time at Looney's Super Skate!
